[SOLVED] Questions to ask when buying a used PC

Looking for advice plz lads about to buy a used pc for my son. Could anyone help with what questions to ask and any tests i can run and also a brief description on how to run tests when viewing. As when it comes to PC's i know absolutely nothing.

Also hear's the spec's could you tell me if its worth £1450? & will it run 4k.

32gb corsair Vengeance Pro rgb 3200 MHz of ram
Ryzen 56oox cpu
RX6800 XT Aorus gpu new with warranty And warranty for CPU.

Will it run 4k....yes.
You might want to consider 2k should handle just about any game at that res with good fps.
