Hi i'm currently planning to go with this build and planning to buy in a couple of days

Question is:

1.) i'm looking if this is a good and compatible build?
2.) Is the mobo and and proc good and compatible?
3.) Anyone know the difference of 750FM or 750GX? FM is cheaper $10 they are both gold though.

Proc: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 3gb Dual OC (Currently owned this one)
Memory: 16gb (dual) dd4 3200 Kingston Fury RGB CL16 1.35v, pn: HX432C16FB3AK2/16
SSD: 500gb Samsung 860 EVO SSD M.2 Sata
HDD: Seagate 7200RPM ST31000524AS 1TB (Currently owned this one)
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 750FM (750Watts) or Seasonic Focus Gold 750GX (750Watts)

4.) Out of the box question - The reason why I am buying a 750 watt PSU is I am planning to go for dual gpu in the future but I am afraid that the current mobo stated above is not compatible to handle 2 GPU or it does? Do you have any suggestions for a good mobo near the price of MSI B450 Tomahawk Max that is also compatible with my proc? What do you think about this plan? I might buy a second hand GPU just like the current one if ever I choose to have 2 GPU.

I wouldn't bother with a dual GPU setup...the support for it is really waning, not many games can utilize it. You'd be better off selling the current card and upgrading down the line.

As far as SLI compatibility goes, you'll usually only find that on the higher end boards...x470 or x570.

As far as compatibility in general, your biggest concern there is making sure the ram is on the boards QVL and is rated for the correct speed. Everything else is fine.

Can't comment on the PSU but 750 watts is plenty and seasonic is a solid brand.

Adding a second card does not double the graphics power. its more like 25-50% more. It is almost always better to get one more powerful card than 2 less powerful ones

The MOBO is not the problem. as long as you have 2 PCIE 16x slots you can use 2 cards. The limiting factor for getting the full capabilities of a GPU or 2 GPUs is the processor and ram. with 16gb you can handle 2 cards and that CPU can to an extent but beyond dual 1080s or 2070s I would suggest an upgrade

Sorry need to clarify but do you mean that Ryzen 5 3600 can handle upto dual 1080s or 2070s? If I need a more higher card than 1080 or 2070 i need to upgrade my CPU?

That MOBO supports AMD crossfire but it will not do Nvidia SLI.

No. Crossfire & SLi support has been in decline for a few years and is on the way out. I wouldn’t make any decisions based on it.
