What benefit do you believe you will get by disabling it? Looking at the definition, it should improve streaming traffic -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QUICGoogle uses the QUIC protocol enabled by default. Is it possible to disable it in flags without fear of any serious consequences?

Disabling that protocol should help if your internet drops packets. The traffic will revert to TCP (I think). As long as your internet is fairly fast it should be OK.UPD: A day has passed, after disabling the above flag, there were no problems.
