So friend of mine, his motherboard and cpu died all of a sudden while we were gaming.
So hes going to buy a new motherboard and CPU and i advised him to replace the power supply with a RM850X power supply +80 gold corsair

and basically this is kinda the new build he already has a 1070 evga so yeah.

Any other motherboard instead of this that delivers to doha? because that one we went with doesn't ship to doha, plus i know it all fits together but just to make sure its 100% correct.

Yeah she'll be right, if PC part picker says it's compatible it is most likely correct. What chassis/case is he using? Just need to check if the PSU and mobo will fit.
