Quick Charge 2.0

Solution
As long as you make sure it's set to 5-volts output, yes.

But if you set the charger to 9-volts or 12-volts you will wreck your phone, that's why multi-voltage chargers are not always a good idea. You might increase it's voltage setting to charge something else and forget to set it back to 5-volts!

With a proper, non-adjustable charger that can't happen.

I know which type I'd rather have.

Dear Sir,
That Charger (HIS TURBO CHARGER) said that using Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 can save 75% time to charge up mobile phone and mobile phone compared to non QC2.0 standard USB charger.

It seems that the charger could communicate with the mobile and output the proper voltage. Isn't it?
