Quick computer fan question

Hi! Just wondering if anyone knows some good cheap fans that work would for me. I'm going to be moving my computer over to a corsair 100r non silent and I was wondering what type of fans do you recommend for the top fan slots? That would move heat up. Thanks

Good airflow and quieter then most fans.

But as I am in Canada that fan is nearly 30$ on newegg. Do you have any other cheaper fans?
