I have a new AIO cooler and I have some new fans coming. I don't have enough fan headers on my mobo to to fill them all.

Wondering if I use a splitter for my two radiator fans connected to my CPU fan header will they get the same amount of power? And will they get enough power?

Any help is appreciated :)

Usually (many times at least) MB fan headers are good for 1 amp.

Fans are around .1-.3 amps generally...so you can put a few on a header.

If you want to know for sure....check your MB documentation and the fan documentation.

Add up the fans....and they can't go over what the MB documentation says a fan header can output.
