If I got 8 gb ram, and a msi gtx 760 tf, how would an intel i5 4670 non over clocked compare to a fx8320 over clocked

How far would the FX be overclocked?

In most games the i5 4670 would be ahead. In productivity apps / 3d modeling / video editing / rendering the FX would shine.
