Quick Mosfet/VRM Explanation

So I'm very uneducated on the motherboard and it's components. I plan to add aftermarket heatsinks to the VRM on this board to improve CPU overclocking performance/temps but I'm not exactly sure on where the mosfets are. If possible, could someone circle all the mosfets for the CPU?

From my limited understanding these are all the mosfets for the CPU that I would need to have the heatsink on for cooling, correct? Are the ones in the bottom unrelated to the CPU?

Hey,
the circled areas are the MOsfets, that right!
The 2 ones on the Bottom Corner are used to power the 4 DRAM Slots - not related to CPU.

Putting a Heatsink on the VRM/Mosfets wont directly improve Overclocking.
It will help keeping their Temperature low and increase their lifespan mainly.
However, if you push your CPU to the Max they might overheat and force your CPU to downclock in order to stay cool.

What CPU are you using or going to use?

I've decided to go with the Asus z370-g instead because I feared this board didn't have enough power phases and even with the heatsinks, the performance wouldn't be able to accommodate 5+ ghz on the 8700k (delidded)
