QUICK, need opinions between GT430 & 6xxx cards

Doing my first build and I'm looking at several GPUs at the moment. I need a quick opinion about which is better between these cards before they go out of rebate.

Mind telling me which is better mainly between the 1st two GPUs I linked. I've been constantly influenced by my m8s to buy ICEQ b/c they don't mess around with their heatsinks and the reason I'm questioning the MSI over the ICEQ is b/c I can't wrap my head around the mem clock it handles. It was also listed in the newegg review that it handles autocad quite well (+1).

Autocad
World of Tanks
Battlefield 3
Large Video Rendering/Processing
etc...

Build:
AMD Phenom II X4 955
MSI 870A-G54
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL

Budget:
~$100

Plz comment on the GPUs or if there is anything you would suggest changing in my new build. Thx

You won't really find any good gpu's for what you are planning on doing. However the best gpu at this moment would be the 6770.

a gt430 is slower than the amd cards mentioned. the 6770 is the lowest card i would buy for gaming. a gt430 doesnt even meet the minimum required for BF3.

An HD6670 is only $5 more than the HD6570 you linked and is significantly better but as the others said you should really get an HD6770. There are some as low as $90 after rebate on Newegg at the moment. The IceQ is a nice cooler but the cards you are looking at do not use much power/give off much heat so the cooler should be a very secondary concern compared to getting the best GPU for the money you have to spend.
As for the rest of the components I would recommend getting 2 x 4gb of DDR3 rather than one 8gb so you can use it in dual channel mode. Switching to an AM3+ motherboard so you can upgrade to the latest AMD processors in the future if you want to would be a wise decision as well.
