Im having trouble with my new ASUS P5N-E SLI.

I need to know how to gather Temp and Speed Information. More specific:

Where does WinXP report its interpretation of my FSB and RAM bus speed?

How can I check Chipset and CPU Temps while playing a 3D Video Game?
