OK I bought a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118030 optical drive for $24
I later found out that it was OEM which apparently means that it comes with solely the product and no accessories.
Should I return it and get a different Drive? If so provide a link and no more than 30 bucks plz.
This is my first time building a computer so what exactly would there usually be with it and how easy is it to obtain these things.

It should be all you need. And if you don't have a cable already then just visit your local store and get one, should only be a couple bucks.

maybe i am confused i thought drivers were like programs that tell the hardware how to operate unless it is pre-installed on there or something then how would it work?
