Quick pc question

I'm new to the pc world and was looking upgrade my motherboard and processer I found a gigabyte ga-970 and I want to get the amd fx-8320e process would this work or not because I want to get the new Nvidia GTX 1070 and the man I talk to at new said I should get the 8320e to avoid bottlenecking

the man u talked to is an idiot. any fx processor will bottleneck anything above a gtx 960/r9 380x.
this includes the gtz 970 1070 r9 390 etc.

the answer is a h170/z170 motherboard and a i5 6500 or 6600(k)

I see that the h170 is 4x DDR4-2133 my setup is a 2x DDR3-1600 is that a big issue or no

I have a cybertronpc patriot with a MSI micro atx ddr3 1333 motherboard I want to put a full sized motherboard in and upgraded processer so I can get the Nvidia 1070 I need a motherboard and processer that work well together that can run the 1070
