Quick Question About Amps, regarding PSU

I recently bought ASUS Strix 970, it says (on the recommend system requirements) it needs 38A,

That PSU delivers 48 AMPS. But it also depends on the CPU you have. But it is a bit short. You should get a decent 600w PSU just to be safe.
Btw. I bet that PSU came with the Packard Bell you bought. In portugal. Am I right? xD

Half right, it came with the acer predator g3-605, But was bought on Portugal.
