I recently bought an msi x470 Carbon pro Mobo and saw it has 3 points that say "Case Standoff keep out zone" at each point

Two of the holes closest to two of the points already have a plastic washer, a spring, and a screw already installed. Although they look like they screw into a heatsink on the mobo, keeping it attached

The case only came with 1 extra standoff screw, and I don't know exactly where to use it.

I've made sure the only standoff screws in the board are the ONLY ones needed and line up with the ONLY mounting holes on the motherboard, with no additional unnecessary standoffs.

Do I have to out something in? Take something out?
What must I do to satisfy the case standoff requirements?

Does the following link provide the User Manual for your motherboard?

http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/E7B78v1.2-GSE LITE.pdf

What case are you using to host the motherboard?

The manual, provided that I have found the correct manual, indicates 9 (nine) screws for mounting.

Page 9, shows the screw locations. Which locations have the two screws you found and which locations are in the "Case standoff keep out zone".

A couple of photographs will help.
