My PSU Has CPU 1 And CPU 2 And Connects To Motherboard PWR1 and PWR 2 only need to run one 8 pin one what happens if use them both heard people saying its for overclock and such but just wondering?

MSI MEG Z390 ACE ATX Motherboard and i9 9900k do not want to overclock 4.9ghz is enough for me just wondering thats all only noticed it this week!

Then yes you want to use both sockets, especially when overclocking that power hungry cpu. This will help stability and with a single socket there is risk of overheating the socket itself.

I been using single socket for months and months now and do not overclock I use the turbo boost upto 5ghz but thats it. So i put my motherboard in danger of overheating and did not know lol

At stock it should be ok and unlikely to cause damage. It is when you start overclocking such power hungry CPU’s that a single socket is not sufficient.

Yeah temps are stable 29-41 in idle and 70-75 in gaming all cores saying there on 5ghz so plugged the other cable in now!

having an extra power connector doesn't mean you need it depends on the wattage your system draws if you're not over clocking the motherboard will probably never even draw power from the additional connector. I was looking at higher power motherboards that needed that second power connector it's more needed on systems using the high end audio and/or GPU with a highly adjustable refresh rate tweaked to their max. if you have RGB lights and they are dimming when the computer is really working then you need that additional power.
