Quick question about pre paid visa from Target

Hi, sorry if im in the wrong section of the forums, but i have a really quick question.
I just bought a pre-paid visa card from Target, I went to amazon to purchase a couple things, and the orders didnt appear on the cards history.
so i googled it, and some people are saying you CAN use target visas on amazon and some people are saying no...
