Quick question about the R9 270x card.

Hello,

I recently picked up my R9 270x card and just finished installing the latest driver from the AMD website which is the Catalyst Software Suite (Omega 14.12). I noticed there's a BETA driver and an AMD Chipset driver under the option downloads. Should I install both or either of those drivers? I want the best of my card, so I'm willing to download either if that's what it takes. I don't plan on overclocking or doing an SLI setup.

An AMD Chipset is a laptop graphics, so no, you don't need it

That's kind of weird, I might be wrong but an AMD chipset means like some kind of laptop graphics. Could that mean anything to you or is that just as srunning

Makes sense as it's listing on board graphics.

Don't install the beta driver. Just keep installing your regular ones and be on your way
