[SOLVED] Quick Question - Dram SSD or NVME

Hi, I'm planning on building a pc in the near future, and just want some quick advice.
I've done lots of research on Dram SSD's, non-Dram SSD's and NVME drives, but still don't trust my judgement entirely.

The first one is a 500GB SSD with Dram, and the second a 1TB NVME SSD. From my understanding NVME's don't really need Dram, so because these are almost exactly the same price where I live, which one will be better in the aspect of performance, capacity, value and quality? I'm a bit sceptical of the mushkin one while the other is Samsung which I don't worry about.
Just some short advice would be appreciated!

Well...Mushkin is what I would put in the second tier of drives to buy.
But, it probably won't die on you.
