PC Brand? I know for the Dell's the Skylake chips didn't natively support Win7. The regular Dell Win7 disc wouldn't work. I had to download a special version from Dell that had the drivers slipstreamed into the install package.

That doesn't have 8th gen in the list:(

Not sure what more to tell OP except he may have to call HP as painful as that sounds.

I was trying to get my Radeon rx560, It used to work, but ever since I installed my ssd, it no longer works, I think it may have got messed up when I was installing its driver, because my SMBus Controller got messed up to, should I just reinstall windows? I did a clean install on my ssd and ever since that my GPU fails to get recognized, I also slipped in an old graphics card and it works, so it isnt the slot

Admirable
It's the Radeon support. Apparently they've dropped Win 8.1 support. Only Win7 and Win10 drivers available. Hence the "old" message I'm guessing.

I'll see if I can find an older driver that might have supported 8.1; if one even exists.
