Quick Question on Power Supply

Here's what I bought:

TLDR: h110M-E Motherboard
i3 @ 3.9ghz
The usual suspects for Fans,
2 hdd
1 optical
It came with a gtx 1050 which uses 75w
Im about to put a GTX 1070 in that uses 150w

It Has a 400w Power Supply in it, Do i need to switch it out with my 550w

400w probably won't be enough, you'll need a 500 or 550w, make sure it's good quality.

It really depends on the quality of your PSU. There are some low quality 500+ watt units that aren't as good or as powerful as a Quality 400 watt PSU.

What Brands (make & model) are your PSU's?
