Hello, so I heard that if I type

slmgr.vbs /upk
into cmd it deletes my windows 10 product ID and I can use it on a different system. Is this true?

Yes, sort of.
It doesn't really do what people think, though.

It tells this particular PC that it has no license. That's it.
It does NOT phone home and tell the activation server farm that.

In the Microsoft licensing, there is no statement about having to delete the license from a previous PC. Only that you stop using it, and only use it on the new PC.

However, after the 1607 release, that is no longer really a consideration.
