[SOLVED] Quick Question

👋 . I am curious and want to see what ya'll cpu usage is for the "Desktop Windows Manager"(While Gaming and while idle)Mine goes up to 3-4.6 when gaming. Just using the pc normally or idle its at 0.4-1.2
If I get a better cpu will the usage be lower?

Assuming you are referring to the percentage number in Task Manager...4% is pretty tiny.
Changing the CPU to alter that number is a waste of time and money.

Is the performance in gaming, with your current hardware, acceptable?
If so, leave it alone and don't obsess over trivial numbers.

Well.I didnt mean my total cpu percentage usage.I meant "Desktop Windows Manager" wich you can see in task manager.

Not really.Stutter,fps drops etc.I am thinking of upgrading my cpu and ram and see if it improves

Well then, yes.

Upgrading your system from whatever its unknown config will probably give you better results.
But it is because you upgraded the system, not because you reduced the "Desktop Windows Manager" CPU percentage from 4% to 2.5%.
