Quick Question

Im trying to buy an intel p67 or z68 motherboard for $100 or under. Recently I've found two good deals but wasnt sure which one was better. It's between these two:

MSI P67S-C43 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67

My current build is:
i5-2500k
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
Radeon HD 6870
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM
Antec Three Hundred Illusion
Antec Neo Eco 520W

Does either motherboard have an advantage over the others. I couldn't find enough reviews on the Gigabyte one to really get a feel for how reliable it is. So if anyone here has any advice it's greatly appreciated.

I would go with the Gigabyte motherboard because it has onboard usb 3.0 and more pci slots for crossfiring if desired. They're around the same price and you get more out of Gigabyte.

The Gigabyte with the rebate is the best choice for bang for the buck.

well the msi is actually cheaper after its rebate but i guess the gigabyte is better quality then?
