Okay so I'm just confirming what I've been hearing that the only difference between the 9700 non-pro and the 9700 pro is that the non-pro's memory is clocked @ 540DDR and the pro's is clocked @ 620DDR.

If there are any other differences between these 2 cards itd be great if anyone could tell me, because newegg is selling a AIW 9700 non-pro for ~$290 thats clocked 325core/540mem. Thats an awesome deal.

Thanks.

You got it right.

The only difference between 9700 and 9700 PRO is clock and memory speeds.

------------------
Radeon 9500 (hardmodded to PRO, o/c to 322/322)
AMD AthlonXP 2400+ (o/c to 2600+ with 143 fsb)
3dMark03: 4055

And the word 'PRO' of course.

Sorry Captain Obvious is lost and I had to fill in.
