Couple quick things...
can you use Astral Slide to remove a Flipped "Hero" from Champions of Kanigawa
so it comes back into play unflipped and back to its un-legendary state?
Xan March of the Machines kill Darksteel Citadel even though its
indestructable?
Can Bury effects such as Wrath of god kill indestructable creatures or is there
no such thing as Bury anymore?

Yes. If a flipped creature leaves play, and later the card gets put into play
again, it's a new creature, and starts off unflipped. (Phasing out and back
in is, as usual, the exception.)

Yes. This is because the state-based effect that applies to creatures with 0
toughness (or less) doesn't "destroy" them, it "puts them into owner's
graveyard" directly. Which being indestructible doesn't help against.

There's no such thing as Bury anymore. Since Tempest actually.

Indestructible works fine against "Destroy this. It can't be regenerated."; it
doesn't work at all against "Sacrifice this" or "Put this into its owner's
graveyard from play".
