Quick simple question!

I thinking of buying a gtx 1070 and that has 1 HDMI and 3 display ports and I have 2 monitors that both only have DVI and VGA is there any way to connect them thx!

Easiest way is to buy DP to DVI cables, so yes you can connect them.

Yep, HDMI > DVI-D connector or to VGA connector What monitor do you have ? Refresh rate ?
