quick slot question...

can I add the special ability from an item like "the Mask" from SOU to
a quick slot if so how? currently I pause.. open inv. right click
helmet or cloak... select spell... target... click.. unpause.. UGH
pain in the butt..

Drag the item on to a quickslot, and then right click to select a function
to bind to the slot.
