Quickest way to hog bandwidth?

I have 16 Mb internet and me and my brother are both pc gamers. My brother tends to hog up all the internet all of the time, I only get 1 Mb download speed. Is there a quick way to hog all the internet? I want to piss him off.

You are probably mistaken. You probably get 16 megabits per second, not 16 MB/s. 16 megabits is only 2 MB/s down speed, so he probably isn't actually using that much. Very few people actually have download speeds over 16 MB/s which would be 128mbps.

He's probably torrenting, anything that would take up a large volume of data. No, it doesn't have that. It's a cisco router, forgot the model name.

Then set a up and down limit in the torrent program, 1700 KB/s (13mbps) 60 up or half the upload you get on a speed test.
