Hello all,
I am planning to upgrade my computer and since my current case sounds like a jet I would like to get a new quiet case. I have narrowed it down to two cases:
RaidMax Virgo 811 Midtower "Quiet" case ~$56
Antec "Sonata" Case~$98
I have read reviews on the Antec case and many have said it runs really quiet. Unfortunately all the reviews I have read on the RaidMax do not state anything about the noise level. I am on the hunt for a quiet case, that is form factor ATX, no small form factor please. So I would just like some advice on my choices or of anyother quiet cases that anyone knows about. Also I would like to know of any quiet HSF for the Pentium 4 LGA 775. The system I plan to build is:

Pentium 4 3.2Ghz LGA 775
Abit AG8
4 x 512MB DDR400
2 x 200GB WD SATA
Pioneer DVR-108
Wireless Linksys PCI Card
Nvida 6600GT

Thanks in advance.

I'd go with the Antec "Sonata" Case and would add a Zalman or SilenX (low 14db noise level)power supply. Only thing about the Sonata, it isn't very attractive. Or, You may just want to keep your current case, or shop around for a attractive case, and go with replacing the noise producing part, fan -replace with Stealth Case Fan, Heatsink, maybe a Zalman. I am using the latter method, replacing case with an attractive one and replacing cooling accessories. Hope this helps, good luck :>
