Why are you getting a CPU cooler for a processor that doesn't overclock? I think you can maybe get it to 3.5ghz, but that shouldn't require a CPU cooler. If your just going for looks then good something pretty. Personally I much rather watercooling after I got my h100i and saw how much better it performed than my 50$ water cooler. So get you an H60 for 60$ that'll do the trick.

If you want something quiet then get the Scythe Ninja 3.
