Quiet CPU fan AMD FX 8350

After reading a few threads on the AMD FX 8350 Black Edition CPU. I've got a big question regarding my purchase. The fan that came with the Processor is incredibly loud and my CPU is always quite cool. I've no idea why the fan pushes itself so hard and the CPU stays relatively cool. I'm looking for a new fan with an equal or better performance with my old one, as well as being quiet/silent.

Thank you for the quick Reply. I checked the Fan out and it wasn't very specific on noise. Could you maybe elaborate? I'll be looking into it and if I find it I will update this

10-25dBA. It is next to silent, especially compared to the AMD fan.
