Quiet, dual DVI GPU

Hello,

Im looking for a quiet\silent GPU, needs to have dual DVI or DVI and display port for running 2 monitors, one 30" at 2560 x 1600 and one 20" at 1600 x 1200.

I dont do any gaming so dont need anything cutting edge, what would you guys recommend as a cost effective choice.

if you dont mind a miniscule amount of noise, i would reccommend going with this card: ($55 after rebates)

its Dx11, and if you want it will still allow for some low-end gaming/good HD video streaming/good hardware acceleration. And besides its one of the cheapest new generation cards out there, while also being very small in size (and has a low power consumption).
