[SOLVED] Quiet HDD recommendation?

I have bought a WD Black 4TB HDD , it's noisy. I send it back.

Is the WD Blue 6TB quieter?
Has the clicking noise in every 5 sec like the black?

Any other quiet hdd that you recommend?

Need to store files.

I need 4 or 6 TB models.

every hdd makes noise, u can use rubber on hdd sides to reduce/remove noise transfer trough your case
or get plastic bracket

But not all hdd has this loud clicking sound in every 5 sec.
I have meshify c case it has rubber rings at the hdd slot, but the whole case vibrates from black.

I have a 1 TB wd blue it is silent.

black is slightly louder than blue, but not by much.
put your drive outside, see if that seek noise goes away
if it gets noticeable quieter, then your drive isnt securely mounted
