Question Quiet / No RGB - Migraine question

Does anyone know if there is a custom company that makes a quiet (liquid is fine), no RGB lighting, preferably neutral/black tone custom PC?

I've already got auto-dimming monitors in mind, I just need a pc that isn't throwing the light spectrum at me a mile a minute.

My first thought is probably Puget Systems, but it's a US based company.

You can find plenty of hardware that doesn't light up like a Christmas tree. And if it's integrated into the hardware, you can find software to turn it off without needing the software to run (although I can't say this is true for every manufacturer).
