Question Quiet Power supply for Meshify C - please help.

Hi,
I'm looking for A power supply that is Dead silent most of the time and will fit into a Meshify C., My total system powerdraw is around 400Watt at maximum

My motherboard is b450 Mortar max
1x24 ATX pin 12V
1x8 ATX pin 12V (Cpu)
GPU 8-pin


I considered
Seasonic Focus Plus 750W

If the wattage of the PSU is low like 500W i suspect the fans would start moving at lower performance than if i get more wattage?
What Fans do you recommend? I will be doing some video editing.

It will help to know the components of your system (GPU, CPU, etc).
Consider Corsair RMx, Hx or Ax, excellent reliability and they do have smart fan controller.
The silent 140mm fan comes on when it reaches certain load threshold, so the fan won't even spin until required to do so.
I have a RMx and have not heard the fan as of yet.
