Quiet Reliable Fans?

I am looking for suggestions on a reliable, quite, Blue LED 140mm rear fan for a Core V21.

What brand is reliable and quiet?

Laslty, NZXT FZ series LED fans.

I would like to point out though that the mesh and the density of the holes will result in a lot of turbulence and resonance from the air hitting the fan blades as teh blades rotate...this can and will amplify the audible woosh of the fans to a degree. In any case you may want to look through the above fans.
