Quiet server case fan

Anyone have any recommendations for a quiet 40mm x 40mm x 28mm case fan? The ones in my 1U server are super loud and annoying and I would like to be able to run it 24/7 without going deaf.

Did you find one? I'm in the same case as you were, and can't manage to find silent 40x28 fans. It seems it just doesn't exist...
