Quietest Cpu cooler? (Stock fan sounds like a jet taking off)

I'm using AMD X6 1055t and its stock fan cooler, which is so freaking loud when running at 100% like ~ 4000-5000 rpm.
So, im looking for a new one.

Corsair H60

I wonder which one make the least noise?
Wii there be any different compared to the AMD stock cooler?
the H60 is a water cooler though. Will it quiter than the others?

The 212 evo with its 120mm fan is actually pretty quiet with much better cooling than stock

water is not quiet .. the Fan on it is ... choose what ever you like and if too loud ... change the Fan.... i don't know much about AMD sorry

I agree with above. Buy the CM Hyper 212 EVO. It's $30, and really good. It's also really quiet. It also works quite well, and it's beaten with only an H100i from corsair or dual+ radiators and a custom loop.

Thank you for replying, everyone. I bought the CM Hyper 212X and really satisfied.

Its fan speed @ 100% sounds better than the stock cooler @ 50% which is bareable, and even cooler.
BUT usually, it runs FAR less than that unless I force it to. (paired with Phenom X6 1055t)
Im using my pc at the bedroom and now even gaming at night it still sounds like ninja...
