Quietest dvd writer?

I just recently put together a new pc and everything is fantastic except for the oem lg dvd writer i picked up on sale at micro center it is simply the nosiest drive I can even imagine. I have little to no knowledge on disk drives at all so I am wondering if someone could point me to the quietest dvd writer, I don't mind paying for it. This lg is making me want to claw my ears off it is truly unbelievable how noisy this thing is. help me please

yeah i got the Lite On writer also. Super quiet. Doesn't sound like a jet taking off
