quietest gpu cooler for evga gtx 970 sc?

what would be the quietest cooler for gtx 970 sc? I don't plan on overclocking it or anything. money is not an issue.

A kraken g12 bracket and a clc cooler. but why spend money on that card?

The SC comes already factory overclocked.

To keep it quiet, pay attention to your case cooling first.
If your case can draw in sufficient cooling air, the graphics card will stay cool and therefore quiet.
Look for at least two 120/140mm front intakes.

I assume you already own the GTX970.
If you do not, buy a stronger GTX10xx card that can loaf.
