Quietest non-water cooled build

I'd like to build a super quit computer for playing my ripped CDs on my stereo system. My last build for my programmibg work is pretty quiet but not quiet enough for this.

I won't need a lot of power. It'll be a fairly low end machine. I'll probably get a high end d/a converter audio component so I won't need any high end sound card in the computer.

With pretty low power components is it possibly to go fanless or at least close? Any parts recommendations?
