are you able to get HHD's that don't vibrate your computer and make a annoying sound for 1 sec at boot up i got 2 2tb HHD's

SSD. But they're pricey.

Get a case with at least rubber grommets around the HDD mounts and possibly some extra noise-deadening foam.

You can start by checking whether the drive is tightly fastened. If not, the sound sometimes may get amplified.
