QWER stopped working

I recently bought an Arteck wireless backlit keyboard from Amazon and it worked fine until yesterday when the QWER keys stopped working. I have no idea why. I am typing all of this with my on screen keyboard haha.

Any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated

It's doing it because it's defective. Get the vendor to replace it or ask for refund.
