I'm currently using an R3 3200g in my system and I found that my FPS on CS:GO doesn't meet the CS:GO FPS of the benchmarks I've seen. I've seen benchmarks where CS:GO with an R3 3200g runs with over a 100 FPS while mine is only in the 40-60 range. I have 16gb 3200mhz dual channel RAM btw. The highest temps while gaming are also around 70C.

V sync is turned off and everything is in very low settings. However, I found the culprit. Steam apparently ramdomly consumes 20-40% CPU usage which makes my game laggy. Idk why steam does that but restarting Steam seems to have worked.

Also worth remembering benchmarks are a funny old thing. You might be using the same speed and capacity of memory and the same APU but are you using the same spec of memory, same timings, same motherboards, same cooling solution, same PSU, same SSD, same cabling... etc etc.

So many things can affect the raw output from a PC beyond just "I use the same APU and memory therefore...."

what's about other games? Does low fps only happen to CSGO, or all games?

have you confirmed that your RAM is running at 3200mhz? check it in the task manager, if it doesn't show 3200mhz, you have to change it in bios.

or have you updated the driver to the latest one (version 20.4.2 recommended)? if not, you can download it here https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-3-1

i have 3200g too, and i get 100fps in valorant with highest setting
