Hi, i picked up a new system a month ago and yesterday while watching a video in youtube (firefox and windows 10) the screen frozen for a second and i got this message in the event log

"Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

the problem is that i can't reproduce it, i can play videogames fine and everything fine, but a bit worried

is a software or hardware problem? i am very confused

System:

Windows 10 64 bits

intel-core-i7-4790k
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI
Sapphire R9 390X
Kingston HyperX Fury Blue HX318C10FK2/16
Samsung 850 EVO Series 250 GB
western-digital-black-1-tb-wd
]Zalman ZM850-GVM (850 W)

Solution
Considering that the graphics driver recovered I would say that it is most probably a software thing, although an unstable graphics unit because of electricity could be occurring. Personally, this occurs when running on my Intel 4400 integrated graphics (when doing simple programs like YouTube or Word) and it hasn't given me much trouble.
