R5 1400 + 1060 6gb vs R5 1600 + 1060 3gb

Should i get the 1060 3gb and the 1600 or should i get the 1060 6gb and the 1400? I will be pairing it with 8gb of ram. I will mostly be playing moderate - heavy games and will also be doing video editing on the side. If the 1400 is only a tad slower than the 1600 in rendering, i would prefer the 1400 and the gtx 1060 6gb.
