R5 1500X or 1600 for RX 460

Hello,
I'm planning to upgrade my processor as i've been experiencing bad minimum framerates and my fps are much worse than other benchmark. I expect cpu bottlenecking to be the case here as i also play CPU intensive games like Heroes of The Storm and Space Engineers. I received quite a lot of frame drop (60 fps to 30ish fps) while teamfight on HOTS.

My plan is to buy R5 1500X or 1600 with 8gb 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance ram (I couldnt find TridentZ at reasonable price here) and Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3. I'm also looking for better motherboard option if such motherboard exist.

1500x is better in my opinion, 1600 would only be required for multi tasking more since it has 2 extra cores, however it has lower clock speeds.
For solely gaming purposes I'd highly recommend 1500x.
