My specs

ddr4 8gb corsiar 3.2k mhz
Rx580 4gb
Mobo - A320M PRO-VD/S V2 (MS-7A36) msi mobo
corsiar 550w PSU

i have 165hz monitor and i played VALORANT mostly, during game my GPU was at 600mhz even if i force clock it to 1300 it wont effect any FPS means CPU is bottlenecking, and my CPU never goes above 3.4ghz during game even i have never seen my cpu running at 3.6ghz i track all things wia msi afterburner, and i got 100FPS (average) in VALORANT it goes from 80-130 and some times micro stutter, is there any way i can use my cpu cores at 3.6ghz cz currently am losing performance of 200mhz per core 😢 . is it possible my mobo cant goes above 3.4ghz??
i can't able to use my monitor hz properly 😢 .

and during all this my ram was around 7000mb used.

any solutions pls

Solution
3.6 is the highest for a single core, when all cores are running it is normal to get lower clocks.
Valorant comes up all the time in this forum with performance issues so it's probably a problem with the game.

I would also say the stock cooler is making your CPU thermal throttle under heavier load as it's with Valorant. You might want to invest in new one or at least better thermal paste

Unless he has overclocked to 3.6Ghz all core it's not supposed to reach 3.6 on all cores, so it's not throttling.
I had the stock AMD cooler, when I was playing an FPS or MMO the clocks always fell under the stock values, so maybe it doesn't happen to everyone but it definetly happend to me
