R5 1600 miracle sillicon?

So yesterday I got my old man a new pc, nothing special but good enough for games he playes (WoT, ETS2 etc.). As soon as I installed everything I OCed the cpu (R5 1600). Factory vcore was 1.225 V I put it immediately to 1.275 V and freq to 3.6 as it was stable i increased it to 3.7 and later to 3.8 GHz, so my question is as after no more vcore increases and AIDA64 stress test of 2 hrs my temps reached no more than 40 deg. So idk if this is normal or what but could it be some crazy miracle sillicon? And btw my MOBO (asrock ab350 pro4) doesnt (oficially) support 3000MHz RAM but my Gskill sniper x works just fine (yes i turned the XMP profile on).

The OC is a mild one, so no surprise there. The temps are really odd, tho. What are you reading temps with? And are you sure the CPU isn't throttling; that's why the temps are so low? Stock cooler?

So im using an aio lc (corsair h45), cpu isnt throttling and i checked the temps with other programms such as hwmonitor and i checked with my own hand the exhaust and yeah it wasnt much hotter than my body temp if not even lower...

What is your ambient temperature? See if Ryzen Master reports the same temps.

So yeah I checked the temps with Ryzen Master and yeah its pretty much the same max 45 deg and abient temp is like 25 deg....
